Today’s freight forwarding market demands flexibility, solid foundations and dependable partners. We are pleased to announce that we have completed a key transformation: our company has officially adopted the name VONEO Group. The change follows the arrival of a new investor, the appointment of a new management board and the strong capital backing that allows us to grow dynamically, open a new chapter and raise the quality of our service even further. It also gives us a platform to build lasting ties with our team, our customers and our transport partners.
Although our name and visual identity are changing, what matters most remains the same: our close-knit team of specialists with 22 years of market experience. We maintain full operational continuity, so all existing contracts, commercial terms and NIP and KRS numbers remain unchanged. Our priority remains financial stability, punctuality and transparency, which form the foundation for building safe, long-term cooperation.

The change of name from Simple Way to VONEO Group does not affect current orders or existing business relationships. Clients and carriers continue to work with the same legal entity. Existing contracts, commercial terms and NIP and KRS numbers remain unchanged, and freight forwarding orders are carried out without interruption.
The acquisition of the company by a new investor and a stable capital base allow VONEO Group to develop the organisation towards greater flexibility. As a result, we can adapt our offer more quickly to customers’ needs and changing market conditions.
